Great American Outdoor Race RC EXPO

Hello Everyone!

I recently attended the Great American Outdoor Race at the RC EXPO in Costa Mesa Ca.
The Good folks from MotorHead RC Raceway put on this race and basically set a track up in the middle of the expo overnight.

El Nino brought us some rain the night before, so the track was very soggy to say the least. Here is a shot at the end of the straight away.

Here is another shot showing the soggy mess we would race on.

Lots of people tried their best to help with the track conditions, but only so much could be done. This is another shot of the infield.

The day ended up going really well for me and I TQ'd short course truck and I qualified second in stadium truck.

Here is a shot of the postings for the main event.

Here is a youtube video of my race. This video is the short course A main

I ended up placing second on the podium after crashing on the first lap. I really messed up, but I recovered for a podium finish.

Here is a shot of the podium.

After the picture was taken, I was up for stadium truck and here is a youtube video of that race!

I ended up making some dumb mistakes and squandered my podium finish, but it was a fun race!

Overall I had a great time attending this race and I cannot wait until next year to do it all over again. Thank you Team Trinity for the great motors and batteries! Also thank you Pro-Line for keeping me hooked up to the track.

Good luck at the races! Remember, you can always ask me for help, just look for the Pro-Line tires, Trinity/RevTech power and the KLA logo at the track.
